KPI specializes in the manufacturing of close tolerance, precision parts for the oil and gas industry. The end user of these parts is primarily involved in the remedial aspect of the oil and gas industry. Our primary manufacturing processes include turning, boring, and milling.
We have been in business since 1980. We are a quality-oriented facility as you can see. Our lead time for Milling is 4-5 weeks, and 5-8 weeks on Lathe work, depending on material availability and part complexity. If a better delivery is needed just request it and we will support your request if at all possible.
Our current capacity is 65-70%. We are looking for growing customers to support in all areas of machining. We are experienced in all metals, SST, Inconel, Titanium, Monel, Aluminum, Steel, and all plastics. We currently serve Exploration, Subsea, Housings, ROV, Test & Separation Equipment, and Oil field industries.
